Job Description

Well establish, highly rated Dental Practice in Solana Beach area is in need of a Dental Hygiene Coordinator.

This role is responsible for scheduling our patient’s for their hygiene appointment and keeping the hygienist’s schedule full.

This is a full time Monday to Friday position.

Minimum Requirements for our Dental Hygiene Coordinator:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dental Office

  • The ability to multitask and stay extremely organized

  • Solid customer service experience (friendly and outgoing)

  • Excellent communication skills

 Dental Hygiene Coordinator duties include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule hygiene appointments

  • Re-care calls

  • Assisting patients with any needs with regards to scheduling their procedures

  • Checking in and checking out patients

  • Collecting payments

  • Scheduling new patients

  • Greeting patients

  • Presenting treatment estimates
