Tips to Successfully Request Temps

To continue to improve our services here are some tips to help you get the most out of requesting a temp.
Tip #1
For best results, please submit your temp request with as much notice as possible! This gives us a higher probability of successfully filling your job with a temp that matches your request!
Tip #2
Please be prepared to provide us the key details of what you need. The dates and start/end time you need temp coverage as well as the position type(s) and experience level you need.
Tip #3
Let us know which temps you like working with! We will notate your account and do our best to schedule the same temps! You can also let us know who wasn’t the right fit for your office as well and adjust accordingly.

For emergency and after hour requests please text our temp line (619) 453-2103 for the fastest response. Please include the name of your practice, date, start/end time, and position you need. You can always call us or submit an online temp request form as alternatives.

Emergency & After Hours Support
We are pleased to provide emergency and after hours service to our clients in need of temp staff! This applies to urgent requests with less than 24 hours notice. Often these are same day or next day requests for temps. The charge for this level of service is 1.5x the normal referral fee. So for a very nominal cost difference of a few extra dollars we can provide urgent temp request services. As always, if we are unable to fill your temp request then there is absolutely no fee!
